Please read these Terms carefully before using ProLens AI. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using ProLens AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ProLens AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered photo enhancement services for real estate and property photography. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and enhance photographs uploaded by users.
You retain full ownership of all photographs and content you upload to ProLens AI. By using the Service, you grant ProLens AI a limited, temporary, and non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing photo enhancement services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process the photographs you submit to the Service.
A resized version of your image may be temporarily transmitted to third-party AI services (including Google Gemini) solely for analysis purposes. Images are not permanently stored on our servers. Brand profile information such as company name, phone number, and logo is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

AI-generated enhancements are provided on an "as available" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality results, ProLens AI does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, error-free, suitable for any specific purpose, or meet user expectations. Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
ProLens AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when photos are processed. Multiple plans are available including free and paid tiers with varying credit amounts and export resolutions.
Prices shown in the application may change from time to time. Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the relevant app store listing.
One-time credit purchases do not expire. Premium subscription credits renew monthly and unused credits do not roll over — they expire at the end of each subscription cycle.
The first purchase of any paid plan activates your brand profile, which remains accessible even if credits run out.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their app store account settings (Google Play or Apple App Store).
To cancel on Google Play: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → ProLens AI → Cancel.
To cancel on Apple App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ProLens AI → Cancel.
Purchases, subscriptions, and credit packages are processed through the respective app store platform (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made. ProLens AI does not directly process payments and cannot independently issue refunds outside the policies provided by the applicable app store.
Users should consult the relevant app store's refund policy for additional information regarding eligibility and procedures.
Unused credits, subscription benefits, and purchased credit packages are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProLens AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
ProLens AI's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, cloud service disruptions, third-party service failures (including Firebase, Google Cloud, or Google Gemini), natural disasters, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or our account deletion page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such resolution cannot be reached, the courts of Muğla, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

ProLens AI, emlak ve mülk fotoğrafçılığı için yapay zeka destekli fotoğraf iyileştirme hizmetleri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Hizmet, kullanıcılar tarafından yüklenen fotoğrafları analiz etmek ve iyileştirmek için yapay zeka kullanır.
ProLens AI'a yüklediğiniz tüm fotoğrafların ve içeriklerin tam sahipliği size aittir. Hizmeti kullanarak, içeriğinizi yalnızca fotoğraf iyileştirme hizmetleri sunmak amacıyla işlemesi için ProLens AI'a sınırlı, geçici ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans verirsiniz. İçeriğinizin sahipliğini talep etmiyoruz.
Hizmete gönderdiğiniz fotoğrafları yükleme ve işleme haklarına sahip olduğunuzdan emin olmak tamamen sizin sorumluluğunuzdur.
Görüntünüzün yeniden boyutlandırılmış bir versiyonu, yalnızca analiz amacıyla geçici olarak üçüncü taraf AI servislerine (Google Gemini dahil) iletilebilir. Görüntüler sunucularımızda kalıcı olarak saklanmaz. Şirket adı, telefon numarası ve logo gibi marka profili bilgileri cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır ve sunucularımıza iletilmez.

Yapay zeka tarafından oluşturulan iyileştirmeler "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulmaktadır. Yüksek kaliteli sonuçlar sunmaya çalışsak da ProLens AI, yapay zeka çıktılarının doğru, hatasız, belirli bir amaca uygun veya kullanıcı beklentilerini karşılayacağını garanti etmez. Sonuçlar görüntü kalitesine, ışık koşullarına ve kontrolümüz dışındaki diğer faktörlere bağlı olarak değişebilir.
ProLens AI, kredi tabanlı bir sistemle çalışır. Fotoğraflar işlendiğinde kredi tüketilir. Ücretsiz ve ücretli çeşitli planlar mevcuttur.
Uygulamada gösterilen fiyatlar zaman zaman değişebilir. Güncel fiyatlandırma uygulama içinde ve ilgili uygulama mağazası sayfasında görüntülenmektedir.
Tek seferlik kredi satın alımları sona ermez. Premium abonelik kredileri aylık olarak yenilenir ve kullanılmayan krediler bir sonraki döneme devretmez — her abonelik döneminin sonunda sona erer.
Ücretli herhangi bir planın ilk satın alımı, marka profilinizi etkinleştirir. Kredi bitse bile marka profilinize erişiminiz devam eder.
Abonelikler, yenileme tarihinden önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Kullanıcılar, uygulama mağazası hesap ayarları (Google Play veya Apple App Store) üzerinden istedikleri zaman aboneliklerini yönetebilir veya iptal edebilir.
Google Play'de iptal: Google Play Store → Hesap → Abonelikler → ProLens AI → İptal Et.
Apple App Store'da iptal: Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler → ProLens AI → İptal Et.
Satın almalar, abonelikler ve kredi paketleri ilgili uygulama mağazası platformu (Google Play Store veya Apple App Store) üzerinden işlenir. İade talepleri, satın almanın yapıldığı platforma ait iade politikalarına tabidir. ProLens AI ödemeleri doğrudan işlemez ve ilgili uygulama mağazasının politikaları dışında bağımsız olarak iade yapamaz.
Uygunluk ve prosedürler hakkında ek bilgi için ilgili uygulama mağazasının iade politikasına başvurmanız önerilir.
Kullanılmayan krediler, abonelik hakları ve satın alınan kredi paketleri, yürürlükteki mevzuat veya ilgili uygulama mağazası platformunun politikaları gerektirmedikçe devredilemez ve iade edilemez.

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, ProLens AI, Hizmetin kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
ProLens AI'ın toplam sorumluluğu, talebin doğmasından önceki on iki (12) ay içinde kullanıcı tarafından ödenen toplam tutarı aşmayacaktır.
İnternet kesintileri, bulut hizmeti aksaklıkları, üçüncü taraf hizmet arızaları (Firebase, Google Cloud veya Google Gemini dahil), doğal afetler, hükümet eylemleri veya diğer mücbir sebep olayları dahil olmak üzere makul kontrolümüz dışındaki nedenlerden kaynaklanan performans gecikmelerinden veya başarısızlıklardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
Hizmet, zımni ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme garantileri dahil olmak üzere herhangi bir türde açık veya zımni garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulmaktadır.
Bu Şartları ihlal eden davranışlar için erişiminizi istediğimiz zaman askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutuyoruz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama üzerinden veya hesap silme sayfamız aracılığıyla silebilirsiniz.
Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleyerek kullanıcılara bildireceğiz. Değişikliklerden sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Şartlar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre yorumlanacaktır. Bu Şartlardan doğan anlaşmazlıklar önce iyi niyetli müzakere yoluyla çözülmeye çalışılacaktır. Çözüme ulaşılamaması durumunda, Muğla Türkiye mahkemeleri münhasır yargı yetkisine sahip olacaktır.
